    1. What is IP camera?
      An Internet protocol camera, or IP camera, is a type of digital video camera commonly employed surveillance, and which unlike analog closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras can send and receive data via a computer network and the internet.


    2. What is P2P?
      A peer-to-peer network is a type of decentralized and distributed network architecture in which individual nodes in the network act as both suppliers and consumers of resources, in contrast to centralized client-server model where client nodes request access to resources provided by central servers. 

    3. What is port forwarding?
      Port forwarding or port mapping is a name given to the combined technique of translating the address or port number of a packet to a new destination possibly accepting such packet in a packet filter forwarding the packet according to the routing table.

    4. What is DDNS?
      Dynamic DNS (DDNS) is a method of automatically updating a name server in the Domain Name System (DNS), often in real time, with the active DNS configuration of its configured host names, addresses or other information.

      You can view the camera on your smart phone, tablet by downloading our app, View Anytime.

    6. How to store the video?
      The video are stored on the SD card on the camera.

    7. Can the camera be used indoor?
      Yes, the camera is designed to be used indoor.

    8. Can the camera be used outdoor?
      No, this camera cannot be used outdoor.  It is designed to be used indoor.

    9. Is the camera wireless?
      Yes, the camera can be used wired or wireless.

    10.  Where can I purchase the camera?
      You can purchase the camera at Amazon.com, Newegg.com and Rakuten.com
    11. How to connect the camera to hotspot?

      1.       Connecting the camera to any router

      2.       Download the App, "ViewAnytime".

      3.       Set your smart phone to connect to the same router, it's ok if it is not connecting to internet

      4.       Add the camera in the App, viewAnytime

      5.       You should be able to see the video by now.

      6.       Go into the same procedure to setup WiFi, as described in the quick start guide, except, you enter the SSID of the hot spot, not allowing the camera to detect automatically, and enter the password of the hot spot.

      7.       It should show WiFi setup Ready.

      8.       Restart the camera, unplug the power cable and re-plug the power cable.

      9.       Change your smart phone to 4G.
