After carefully packing your product according to the packing instructions, please follow these instructions for shipping us your product for service or repair.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
You MUST request an RMA before sending in a product for service or return. Packages received that do not have an RMA number will be rejected. You may request an RMA here.
Customers are responsible for all freight costs to Cavalry Storage’s service centers. Cavalry Storage and its service center are not responsible for products lost during shipping to its facilities. The Cavalry Storage RMA Department reserves the right to reject returns that are improperly shipped or packaged.
